All massage chairs purchased at come with standard free shipping (Curbside). After your purchase, we will process your order within 1-3 business days and e-mail tracking information to you once your order has shipped out.
Are your massage chairs brand new?
Yes, all massage chairs advertised on our website are brand-new and unused chairs. All purchases come with a standard 3-year warranty (1 year on parts/labor and 2 more years on parts).

Are you an authorized retailer?
Yes, we are authorized retailers of all the products/brands listed on this website. This is how we can offer you the same warranty as the manufacturer, but at a lower price. We have gone through an intense vetting process and received approval to retail these products.

How long will my order take to arrive?
On average your order should take around 5-10 business days to arrive. Orders take 1-2 days to completely process and the time frame will vary based on your location and whether or not you opted for White Gloves Delivery.
*Please understand that this is what usually happens and is not a guarantee as there are other factors that play a role into delivery such as weather, your location (residential community or commercial area) and lastly the size of the order.

Is my purchase under warranty?
Definitely, since we are authorized retailers we are able to offer a full manufacturer's warranty on all purchases. Please read the detail of the product you're interested in because the warranty varies from per product basis. Some products come with a year of validity while others may come with a lifetime.

What if there is a problem with my order?
Our manufacturers take extra careful measures to make sure that your order is as perfect as possible. In the rare and unlikely event that parts to your order are missing or damaged we will take full responsibility. You can expect to get an expedited shipment of the missing and/or damaged part free of charge.

What is white gloves delivery?

All purchases on come with free standard shipping. This means the delivery company will bring your chair to your driveway where you will then have to get it in your home and assemble it. All massage chairs, although quite heavy, can be easily installed if directions are carefully followed.
When customers choose to have white gloves delivery this means all the work is done for them. An experienced team of professionals will first receive the chair from us and then deliver it to your home or business then assemble it. They won't leave until it's operating correctly and once it is, they will remove all packaging as well. Once your massage chair arrives at the 3rd party shipping company, they will contact you about 2 days before delivery to plan a time and date to have them come by and assemble your chair.
*Please be prepared to add an additional 5 business days to the total delivery time when choosing White Glove Delivery.

Does my purchases include white gloves delivery?

Not unless you selected during purchase. If you didn't opt for White Gloves Delivery and later decide that you would like it, please contact us immediately. Once an order ships it will be very difficult to arrange a White Gloves service.

Best way to order?

Most customers are comfortable ordering online. Our gateway is extremely secure and safe. We can also process transactions over the phone. This way is quick and easy for customers who don't feel comfortable entering their personal information and want to confirm any questions before purchasing.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that life happens and we have no problem canceling your order should something "Come up". Orders can be canceled under these conditions:
  • The order has not yet been processed and the cancellation request has been made within 24 hours. In most cases, you can expect your order to process right away, but it depends on the time of order. (ex. an order at 1am won't be processed until the following morning.)
  • The product ordered is out of stock/back ordered. In these instances, we will notify you via e-mail and you'll have the choice to continue with your order or you can cancel for a full refund.
*Depending on the time of day, your order will most likely be processed the following morning. With morning orders you can expect processing to occur the same day. If your order has been processed or just shipped we cannot cancel your order. You must wait to receive your purchase then being the process to return it.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, but returns are only accepted for items that haven't been opened. Also, please do not send anything for return without proper authorization. Your return has to first be approved, then after approval, we will send you an RMA form to fill out. You must also have the original invoice with the order#. You have 7 days from the date of approval to provide return tracking. Please note that returned shipping charges are your responsibility. 
All returns are valid for 30 days after purchase.
