What Are My Payment Options?

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Profitnessdeals.com is currently unable to process any credit cards that are issued or billed outside of the United States

We will send you an email confirmation once we received your order. Be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address so that we, along with the shipping company, can contact you with any questions regarding your order.

Please note*: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check, money order, or cashiers check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Credit Card payments for larger orders may require confirmation that the shipping address is the verified address with the card holder.

Order Confirmation
After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This confirmation will include your order details and Order Number. We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any issues so that we can quickly make any necessary changes. This email is your receipt – if by chance you lose it, please let us know and we will be happy to provide a copy.

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us, please contact us to resolve the issue. Be sure to include your account email address and order number – if you have not received it, there may be an error in your email address within our accounts. We will provide a new confirmation to you upon request.

Sales Tax
MassageChairHub.com does not charge sales tax within the USA with the exception of Maryland. All MD orders will be charged tax.

Warranties
All products offered on MassageChairHub.com are brand-new and come backed by a manufacturer's warranty. All chairs come with standard 3-year warranty. 1 year for parts/labor and 2 & 3 years on parts. You can find more information about the warranty by clicking the warranty link at the bottom of each product descriptions. For any questions regarding warranties, please contact Customer Service.

How Do I Cancel My Order?
If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. All cancellations will be confirmed by e-mail: if you have not received a confirmation, your order has not been cancelled. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. Therefore the sooner you contact us, the better our chances of catching the order before it ships. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Note: Custom orders may not be canceled after 48 hours. Please see our Standard Return Policy for more details.

How to get the best price
