How Do I Cancel My Order?
If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. All cancellations will be confirmed by e-mail: if you have not received a confirmation, your order has not been cancelled. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. Therefore the sooner you contact us, the better our chances of catching the order before it ships. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Note: Custom orders may not be canceled after 48 hours.
